Initial Free Discussion of Requirements

Affordable Web Design Ltd invites businesses from anywhere in North America to contact us so that we can discuss your web requirements. We are happy to offer a free initial phone consultation of up to one hour in order to discuss your needs. Once you explain what you want to achieve, we will get back to you with as accurate an estimate as possible, based on your stated requirements.

Once you have hired us and we have started on the work, we offer several different options for project consultations, including phone, Skype, Zoom and other online communications platforms.

Project Consultation

Once the web project has begun, there is usually an ongoing discussion of content between the client and the designer and this time forms part of the overall initial project time upon which the original estimate is based. Should you require more than what is covered by the original estimate, we are happy to do so at our normal hourly rate.

Our consultation methods are as follows:

Phone Consultations

  • Kelowna Area Sales Office: 250-762-5987 from 8am to 4pm Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday.
  • Calgary Area Sales Office: 403-968-3163 from 9am to 5pm Mountain Standard Time Monday to Friday.

Skype/Zoom/Google Meet Consultations:

  • There are now several different video conferencing platforms where not only can we speak together, we can also share our screen so that we can show you various samples of websites, layouts and more, or you can show us ones that you like.
  • Contact us to arrange a teleconference meeting!
